DISC in Action – Leading at Every Level provides a strategic, behavior-driven solution for companies seeking to cultivate their next generation of executive leaders. By blending the DISC behavioral framework with targeted leadership challenges, the program helps participants move beyond generic training and into actionable, self-aware leadership growth.
The solution is built around four core components that work together to develop the mindset, skills, and behaviors essential for executive leadership:
At the heart of the program is the DISC assessment, which identifies each participant’s behavioral style (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, or Conscientiousness). This insight becomes a lens through which they approach: Communication, Conflict resolution, Team dynamics, Change leadership, Self-awareness and emotional intelligence. By understanding themselves and others better, leaders are more equipped to influence, collaborate, and inspire across functions and levels.
Participants complete self-paced modules that introduce key leadership themes aligned with real-world executive responsibilities: Building Networks, Leading People, Leading Self, Leading Change. These modules allow for flexibility while establishing a common language and leadership baseline across the cohort.
To reinforce the online content, expert facilitators travel to the company site to lead immersive workshops. These in-person sessions include: Interactive simulations, Role-playing with DISC profiles, Leadership labs and scenario analysis, Peer collaboration and real-time feedback. This ensures participants can practice new strategies in a safe, supportive environment and receive coaching tailored to their style and organizational context.
Each week, participants take on a challenge directly tied to a leadership competency, using their DISC insights to: Build stakeholder engagement plans, Navigate team conflict, Craft a personal leadership development plan, Pitch and manage a change initiative. These challenges are compiled into a Leadership Impact Portfolio, demonstrating each leader’s growth, strategic thinking, and readiness for higher responsibility.
